OUR HISTORY
1993 - T.N. Ramos Properties & Development was established.
The Company developed & constructed its own residential subdivision known as QUEENSLAND SUBDIVISION located at Damong Maliit, Brgy. Nagkaisang Nayon, Novaliches, Quezon City. Queensland has a total area of more or less eight (8) hectares consisting Phase 1, 2 &3. Almost 280 houses had been sold & constructed for Phase 2 & 3 and for Phase 1 more than three (3) hectares of lots in various cuts were sold. The Company’s Project Management team managed & supervised the entire construction such as unit construction, road construction, water and sewerage system and other related works until its final completion.
1996
With the on-going business operation at Queensland subdivision, T.N. Ramos Properties undertake the construction of its Company Building, the Queensland Condominium, a four (4) storey building located at #4 Cagayan Street Barangay Ramon Magsaysay, Bago Bantay, Quezon City 1100 Philippines.

We have established this OH&S policy to be consistent with the purpose and context of our organisation. It provides a framework for the setting and review of objectives in addition to our commitment to satisfy applicable regulatory, legislative and other requirements as well as our commitment to continually improve our management system.

§ Providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health appropriate to the nature of our OH&S risks to which workers and others are exposed;
§ Provide a framework for setting our OH&S objectives;
§ Fulfilling our legal and other requirements;
§ Eliminating hazards and reducing OH&S risks;
§ Continual improvement of the OH&S management system;
